Pushya is a nakshatra in Indian astrology. Some texts give its name as Tishya meaning to look. It corresponds to ?, ? and ? Cancri, in the Cancer (constellation). The Hindu god Bharata, brother of Rama was born under this Nakshatra. It is also mentioned in the story of the Birth of Buddha.
