Leo Tateusz Sugar (April 6, 1929 - September 23, 2020) was an American professional football player who was a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL) for the Chicago Cardinals/St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, and the Detroit Lions. He went to two Pro Bowls during his nine-year career. Sugar played college football at Purdue University and was drafted in the eleventh round of the 1952 NFL Draft. He was born in Flint, Michigan and played for the Flint Northern Vikings in high school. He died in September 2020 at the age of 91.[1]
