Gmina Swarz?dz is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Pozna? County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Swarz?dz, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of the regional capital Pozna?.

The gmina covers an area of 101.99 square kilometres (39.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 40,499 (out of which the population of Swarz?dz amounts to 29,894, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 10,605).
