The 2002 Nevada Wolf Pack football team represented the University of Nevada, Reno during the 2002 NCAA Division I-A football season. Nevada competed as a member of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). The Wolf Pack were led by third-year head coach Chris Tormey and played their home games at Mackay Stadium.[1][2]

Previous season

The Wolf Pack finished the 2001 season 3-8 and 3-5 in WAC play to finish in a tie in fifth place and did not qualify for a bowl game.
