Marlo Clowers, P.E. – Georgia DOT P3 Project ManagerMarlo Clowers, P.E., DBIA is a P3 Project Manager – Major Projects for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in the Office of Innovative Delivery. She has 23 years of experience with GDOT, serving in a variety of positions, including Design Engineer in the offices of Road Design and Urban Design, as well as Senior Project Manager in the Office of Innovative Delivery. Marlo has more than a decade of experience managing Design-Build projects, including Public-Private Partnerships and FHWA designated Major Projects. She has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.Tim Matthews, P.E. – Georgia DOT MMIP Program ManagerTim has worked in a variety of engineering and project management roles for GDOT over the past 15 years. He has managed hundreds of projects varying in size and scope with budgets ranging from $1 million to $4 billion in construction costs. Tim was most recently was named the program manager for the Major Mobility Investment Program. As the MMIP program manager, Tim is responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and contract management for the $11 billion program.
