Joseph Klosik – Approved KWU Instructor - Joseph started in real estate in the Atlanta area in 2001. After working as a sales agent for 3 years and then spending 5 years as a team leader and coach in Charleston, SC, Joseph joined his wife Lynne in her sales business to form Salt Marsh Properties. On the team, Joseph serves as the listing specialist and CFO. Using the models from the MREA, they have grown the team to truly create a business worth owning and a life worth living. Joseph and Lynne are also leaders and investors in their KW Market Center where they have served on the ALC and strive to support as many of the agents as they can that are looking to grow their business.
In 2017, the Klosiks partnered with The Temple Team out of Charlotte, NC where Joseph serves as the Director of Expansion and Lead Generation. With 3 offices in 2017, they are on track to close over $55M in volume and grow to 7 offices with a volume of over $100M in 2018.
